My customized massage sessions blend Swedish and deep tissue strokes, myofascial release, stretching, and lymphatic activation techniques to induce your nervous system's parasympathetic (aka 'rest and digest') response. Too much time spent in the sympathetic nervous system's 'fight or flight' mode leads to stress, fatigue, risk of chronic diseases and systemic inflammation.  I use a customized, holistic approach to designing my sessions, listening to what your body needs.
